Remember, you are building a Survival Games map, not a Hunger Games map, so it doesn't have to be coherent with the Hunger Games setting and universe. While building, constantly make back ups in case you make a costly mistake somewhere. Do not make maps too large either, or games will generally be too long and boring to play. The map should be round, and have a diameter of at least 400 blocks.
